1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Singularis ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Singularis is a scientific knowledge management platform that provides automated processing of scientific articles (PDF), entity extraction, knowledge graph generation, and interactive visualization. The Platform uses artificial intelligence to analyze academic documents and build structured knowledge representations.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload documents you do not have the right to process.
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform beyond its intended API.
  • Upload malicious files or content designed to compromise system security.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform's software, design, and branding are the intellectual property of Singularis and its licensors. You retain ownership of documents you upload. Knowledge graphs and extracted entities generated from your documents are available to you under your account.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Platform uses AI models to process documents, extract entities, and generate knowledge graphs. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it for research or other purposes.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Singularis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases, but provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
